Refund policy
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date your order is delivered. Exchanges are limited to size changes only and are subject to product availability. All hat sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
To request an exchange, please contact us at fumonegardens@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, the size you received, and the size you’d like to exchange for. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with your exchange. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Any exchange requests made after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
