Our Story

We started Fumone Gardens because we wanted to build something with no parameters. Something that felt personal. Something we could shape ourselves — from the style, to the feeling, to the way it fits into everyday life. It began with a simple goal: make the perfect hat. One that looks right, feels right, and naturally elevates even the most casual outfit.

The name traces back to where the Potenziano family is from — Fumone, a small municipality in the Lazio region of Italy. It’s a
place rooted in homemade traditions, time spent together, and things made from the heart. The name ties our family’s heritage to something modern and wearable.

What we’re drawn to is a slower way of living. Focusing on relationships. Enjoying the routine. Making the most of the small
things that often get overlooked. Whether it’s time spent with family, friends, or even passing conversations, we believe those connections matter. Fumone Gardens is inspired by the Italian approach to life — long meals, shared moments, countryside views, and a quiet confidence that comes from showing up consistently and bettering yourself over time.

Based out of Boston, Massachusetts, Fumone Gardens blends old traditions with everyday life. It’s for ordinary days done well. For finding beauty in the routine. For trusting that if you focus on what matters, the rest will follow.
